What is Tall Bear?
Also called the Big Bear. It is described as the only bear that stands and walks upright on two legs, with beige fur, dirty-brown legs, blood around the mouth, and a dark circle on the torso. It roams slowly until it spots a player, then accelerates hard. It prefers night and spawns far from the Facility, more often around the Statue. A separate Papa Bear writeup also describes a huge fast bear that a taser can stun. Those two names were not explicitly said to be the same creature, so they are listed apart.

How do you get Tall Bear?
Night spawns away from the Facility, with a higher chance around the Statue.
How do you use Tall Bear?
Buy a Speed Coil before you go to the Statue. Sprint into a narrow shelter it cannot fit through. A taser can reset distance if you are caught in the open. An open footrace without the coil is a poor plan.
